Mr. Irving K.

Irving is a veteran of the finance world and was named Top 40 under 40 in 2012 and served as the head of the GH Securities international office as managing director in the investment banking department. Prior to that, Irving served as chief financial officer for a prominent Nasdaq listed company. Previously, Irving worked several investment banks on Wall Street.  Irving completed course work at University of Southern California towards a PhD in Business Strategy (Economics). With a background in both finance and genetics while publishing several peer reviewed academic papers, Irving received undergraduate degrees from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland and a graduate degree from Rice University in Houston, Texas, where he received the Jones Partners Scholarship (merit-based) to attend.  Irving is a member of MENSA, Global Leaders, and Global Financial Leaders, and was selected to the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 Who Who's Among Executives, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs, and has his Series 7 (Securities), 86, 87 (Research Analyst) certifications. Irving has had several speaking and panel engagements and has been featured in CFO World Magazine, several panel discussions, Dealflow Media, and Hexun Media videos.

Mr.  Xavier W.

Xavier is a veteran financial and managment advisor and board member of several listed public firms with strong relationships.  He also sits as the Chairman of a small regional family of mutual and hedge funds for publicly listed companies.  Xavier has worked closely with several NASDAQ-listed firms in the areas of education, basic materials, and technology in both advisorial and executive capacities.  Prior to his work in financial services, Xavier had many years experience in military service.  Xavier brings a wealth of seasoned and professional experience to KW Capital Partners.  

Mr.  Wayne L.

Wayne is also a executive member of the family of mutual and hedge funds while remaining involved as an advisor to several growth companies, Wayne also possesses strong relationships throughout the world, with both the active investor realm and the entreprenuerial and venture capital world.  Wayne has received his MBA from a top program and has several projects on the side including developing high performance, branded auto parts for the after market industry within China.  He has previously worked for both Goldman Sachs and Chardan Capital, and is a graduate of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and has a degree in Computer Science.

Mr. Joe G.

Joe has over a decade of research experience concentrating on the small cap companies. He previously worked as a Managing Director and a Senior Research Analyst at GH Securities, covering international and industrial companies. Prior to that, Joe was a Director of Research and Senior Research Analyst at Rodman & Renshaw, where he worked in a generalist capacity focusing on several verticals including industrial, agricultural and consumer companies across several geographies, including North and South America, Europe and Asia. His 13 years in financial services include his time with CJS Securities as a senior analyst and Managing Director and Knight Capital, where he was a vice president and involved with special situation trading.  Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

Mr. Andy M.

Andy is partner of KWCP.  Andy has extensive experience in capital markets. He started his career with merger & acquisitions division of Price Waterhouse Coopers, providing financial advisory service to various M & A and financing deals to multinational corporation (MNC) clients. After that, Andy worked for a US based investment firm, closing several investment transactions globally, including top Fortune 500 high-tech companies. Andy is fluent in multiple languages.
